Products & Pricing

We deal in water purifiers, RO systems, water coolers, water softeners, RO water plants and related filtration services.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated on the product page.

We may change prices, product specifications or availability without prior notice. The price confirmed when an order is placed will be honoured for that order, except in the case of an evident pricing error.

Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified by us, except where Cash on Delivery is available.

We may refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Payments

We accept payments through Razorpay, Cashfree and Cash on Delivery where available.

Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways.

Product Warranty, Repair & Replacement

Products carry the manufacturer's or our standard warranty as specified on the individual product page.

If a product is defective or stops working within the applicable warranty period, our team will first attempt to repair it.

If inspection confirms that it cannot be repaired, we will provide a free replacement with the same or an equivalent product.

Refunds are not offered for defective products that qualify for repair or replacement under warranty. The available remedy will be repair or replacement at our discretion, except where otherwise required by law.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, tampering, power surges or normal wear and tear.

Installation & Service

Where installation is included, our technicians will contact you after delivery to schedule installation.

Service and maintenance requests may be raised using the phone number or email address on our Contact page.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gangajal RO Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

Our total liability for a claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images and product descriptions, is the property of Gangajal RO Systems or its respective licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
